Snow and Ice Art
Snow and Ice are things that we in Dallas don't see too often...So for this art project on "Winter Weather" day during the weather theme, I sprinkled white powdered paint onto blue sheets of construction paper and gave each child a chunk of ice to swirl around it! It created swirls of "snow" and the kids were really impressed by how they created the paint themselves with the ice!
