Hey Everyone! Welcome the "Learning Centers" Gallery. The Main Learning Centers that I incorporate into my class are: Discovery/ Science, Music/ Movement, Dramatic Play, Art, and special activities with Math and Language.
Discovery Bottles
I have used these discovery bottles in both my aftercare classes and made larger versions for partner play in my preschool class. They are so much fun! Fill empty, clean and dry water bottles with clean sand and small items. Make a list of the items and have the children search for them. For my preschoolers I include photos of the items on the list and for older kids I add more sand and make the items into clues so they have to think harder ;-)
