For a special "Discovery" learning center during our theme on "Spring", I brought in a few different colors/ types of flowers and plants in different stages of growth for the children to explore with their magnifying glasses. We also looked at the different parts of the flowers/ plants, smelled them and did watercolor paintings of them!
